Huang Jing, IPR Director of Qihoo 360, adjunct professor of Intellectual Property Institute of Chongqing and co-chairperson of Beijing Intellectual Property Development Salon, graduated from Intellectual Property School of Peking University. He once served as the IPR director of Peking University Founder Group and Aigo in succession and established an IPR management system. He also won the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award in 2011 and the third prize in 2012. In 2012, he was awarded the Outstanding Professional Manger of China Intellectual Property and Award for Industrial Contribution. He was also a member of Beijing IP Young Lecturer Volunteer Group and one of the major drafters of Regulations on Enterprise Intellectual Property Management. Besides, he also issued CD of Lecture on Intellectual Property Right together with the help of Beijing Intellectual Property Office. He also served as the subject specialist of "Study on IPR Disputes of Overseas Exhibitions" approved by National Intellectual Property R&D Center and published multiple books such as Guidelines for Chinese Enterprise to Solve Exhibition IPR Disputes in Germany

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Linda had about 4 year's editor working experience in Editorial Department, Academy of Military Medical Sciences and 2 years working experience at Administration Bureau of Pharmacy of PLA.

Mr. John T. Li, as Head Patents of China Pharma Department, has worked at Novartis Shanghai, China since 2006, mostly in charge of IP related works. Prior to the current job, he has also gained rich experience in IP by working at Therion Biologics Corp., Biogen/Biogen Idec Inc., and Fish &Richardson, P.C., holding the position as Director of Intellectual Property, Senior Patent Agent, and Patent Agent respectively. Besides, as a Post-Doctoral Fellow for his study, he had held a post at the Aaron Diamond AIDS Res. Ctr., New York from 1995 to 1996, investigating HIV-1 vprdomain structure.

Bai Baoguo is the IPR Director of Vtron Technologies Ltd., one of the first senior executives of Intellectual Property Right in China. He is also a distinguished researcher of Guangxi University for Nationalities, executive director of Guangdong Intellectual Property Society, arbitrator of Guangzhou Arbitration Committee, organizer of Guangzhou Enterprise IPR Club. He worked on production, engineering, testing and R&D before he was engaged in intellectual property right. He was also the founder of IP business in Vtron. As the principal of enterprise IP, he was in charge of the patent pre-warning analysis of products export and the patent litigation. In 2009, he was awarded the second prize for National Science and Technology Progress Award as one of the major contributors of Vtron's R&D project, and the 11th Chinese Patent Gold Award as one of the inventors

Ruediger Schwarz has more than 24 years' experience in the field of IP from the automotive industry perspective. He was professional engaged in different tasks, including patent prosecution and litigation, the latter with emphasis on the USA. Moreover, he drafted and negotiated contracts in different fields, mainly for licensing but also for purchasing, development and R&D cooperation. Ruediger Schwarz originally obtained an engineering degree (Dipl.-Ing.) in mechanical engineering from the Technische Hochschule Darmstadt, Germany (Darmstadt University of Technology). After some years of practice in patent work he qualified as European Patent Attorney and thereafter as German Patent Attorney. Since the middle of 2014 he is heading the IP & Licenses team of Volkswagen's China business, including but not limited to patent information for the R&D work in China as well as for China specific questions originating from the headquarter in Germany
